As gorgeous as scarce, in remarkably great condition: Original Swiss Vintage Poster by Charles Loupot, a French who, after being wounded in the First World War, started a very successful career as a poster designer in Lausanne.
His «Cailler», created 1921, is an incarnation of that was his visual calling card: painterly and as classy as reticent – the feeling sells the product, not a prominent picture of it. This was was also the reason why he was highly sought after by clients from the fashion and luxury goods industries in particular. An icon of Swiss poster history, on the threshold from Art Nouveau to Art Deco.
