Heiniger, who initially worked primarily as a photographer, was also involved in the design of numerous posters. At the World’s Fair advertised here, he met Walt Disney, for whom he soon began working. He even won two Oscars: in 1957 for Best Documentary Feature, in 1958 for Best Short Film.
