Another of Martin Peikert’s lovely Original Posters in bold colors and strong contrasts, commissioned by the Crans Tourist Office, which wanted to raise awareness of the local golf course and attract new Swiss guests. Even if there is no golfer to be seen: The young caddie asking for silence in front of the Dent-Blanche with pursed lips and raised index finger leaves no doubt what it is all about.
In closing, perhaps one more thing: In general, it is – at least at first glance – again and again astonishing, given these wonderful Original Posters, to see how Swiss vacation resorts presented themselves even in those years when large parts of Europe were already more or less in ruins.
