Original Vintage Ski Poster, assembled from three shots taken by Heinrich Schellenberg, who on behalf of the Union valaisanne du tourisme attracted winter sports guests to Valais with the chairlift from Médran above Verbier, opened in 1950. The choice was not accidental for this unusual lift: with its perforated but covered metal cabin, it was almost a gondola.
